This ‘aint Motts! We slow cook our applesauce with cinnamon and vanilla, and leave it slightly “chunky” in the traditional New England style. Our Northern Spy apples that we hand pick for each batch have a rich aroma and flavor that make our apple sauce pretty darn amazing! We enjoy it with pork, or potato latkes, those with a sweet tooth may even put it on ice cream! Lactose Intolerant folks will also enjoy using it as a substitute for yogurt–serve it warm with fresh granola for a delicious breakfast treat.
