It is simply a reduction of apple cider, no extra sugars or preservatives added–just apples! Our special reduction of cider syrup is processed using a special low boil technique, which renders a liquid gold, rather than a deep molasses, color, unlike other syrups on the market. It is especially delicious in cocktails, marinades, vinaigrettes, and sweet breads (sticky buns, corn bread, etc), or simply as a substitute for honey wherever you would like an extra kick of fall flavor!
Cider Syrup is a very unique gift, and a little bit goes a long way! Our signature glass bottle is 12.5 fluid ounces, and will last over one year before opening. Please refrigerate after opening.
