Apple Cider Syrup is a delicious New England tradition! Cider syrup is both sweet, and tart, just like an apple! It is simply a reduction of apple cider, no extra sugars or preservatives added–just apples! Have you ever wanted to wrap up your memories of fall–the breathtaking beauty of the orange, gold, and auburn leaves, the crisp smell of the chilled air returning, picking apples in the orchard, or drinking hot mulled cider by the fire–well, Cider Syrup is fall in a bottle!
Our special reduction of cider syrup is processed using a special low boil technique, which renders a liquid gold, rather than a deep molasses, color, unlike other syrups on the market. It is especially delicious in cocktails, marinades, vinaigrettes, and sweet breads (sticky buns, corn bread, etc), or simply as a substitute for honey wherever you would like an extra kick of fall flavor!
Cider Syrup is a very unique gift, and a little bit goes a long way! Our signature glass bottle is 12.5 fluid ounces, and will last over one year before opening. Please refrigerate after opening.
