Cambodian Dessert Tasting!

Come enjoy a delicious and educational tasting of traditional Cambodian desserts! Our friend Seng will take you on a sensory tour of the flavors of Cambodia in treats that are both yummy and healthy!

These dessert samples will include traditional preparations such as steamed cakes and tapioca puddings, with authentic ingredients such as padan leaf wrapping, and organic coconut, and will include traditional moringa tea. They will also have a Maine flavor however, using traditional fall flavors of Maine to spice things up, such as pumpkin and organic maple syrup. All desserts are gluten free, and will be available to purchase in our farm store throughout Columbus Day weekend!

This event will be short and sweet, and will probably sell out of samples, so make sure to get there early!
